Initially, the program was open to citizens from eight countries: the United States, the United Kingdom & Northern Ireland, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea. As of 2025, the program has expanded to include citizens from Brazil, Mexico, and Singapore, and now also welcomes STEM and marketing specialists with relevant qualifications.
