Obtain a document like an extract from the commercial register documenting the existence of your foreign employer’s company. This may vary by country.

  1. Submit request to the trade office and they will issue you a paper or electronic extract, where you will have all the data concerning your Employer’s business officially verified. The Commercial Register is a public list that contains legally mandated information about companies. It will likely have Name of the entity, Identification number, File number, List and name of executives, List and name of shareholders, Other useful information.

Employer’s affidavit

  1. Obtain an Employer’s affidavit that your foreign employer employs at least 50 employees worldwide.

Employment Contract – All contracts must include:

  1. The employment contract must be clear that the salary/remuneration of the employee is at least 1.5 times the average gross annual salary announced by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic – For the period from May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024, the average gross annual salary in the Czech Republic is CZK 520,092 (CZK 43,341/month). The gross monthly salary of a foreigner applying for inclusion in the Program must be at least CZK 65.012 during this period.
  2. During your stay in the Czech Republic, you will be employed by your employer
  3. That you can work at distance using the telecommunication means (this can also be proven by an affidavit of the employer, if it does not follow directly from the text of the employment contract).
  4. The employment contract needs to be in English
  5. The employment contract must show the position, job description, the entity for which the work was performed, and for how long.

Proof of education

Provide Proof of education

  1. Proof of education in the fields of IT, Marketing Specialist, or STEM fields for a minimum duration of 3 years.The preferred method for proof of education is your university degree from your alma mater. If you do not have a degree in the applicable field, an acceptable alternative is providing your trade certificate, an example would be a TEFL teaching certificate. For those that cannot provide proof of education, you need to provide proof of experience. This is your previous work contracts in the selected field, for a combined total of at least 3 years. After we verify the documents, you will need to get them to us so that we can translate them for you. These documents will be translated into Czech.

  2. The email will contain your entire completed and reviewed packet.
